order always deducts twice and end up receiving back order email

    HI there,

    after upgraded to 7.9, all 1 unit orders started to deducted as 2 units. for example if the item’s inventory is 1, after the 1 unit order, the inventory became -1. and a back ordered email has been received although back order is disabled.

    Please advise, thank you!

    I wasn’t able to replicate this on my test site. Would you mind sending over a few screenshots of your product settings and email notification? I just want to make sure I’m not overlooking anything. :?)

    Also, please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”.
