Order and payment completed but no listing

Hi

Recently my client has been getting in successful order emails and payments but no listing has been added.

We checked all the options within the All Listing tab ( All, Draft, pending, Bin Temporary etc) and nothing is showing.

Just letting you know if this helps with the situation – she also mention that when an order coming in it comes up Test Test, now a while back she had a small issue on the website and i did a test listing called Test Test but i manage to deleted it after, but she says the these order with no listing that come in are saying it called Test Test.

How is that happening ? It only been happening to a few orders, but ia major concern.
