    Hello,

I’ve had one customer saying me he got an Error processing payment. Reason: Amount must match the 3D Secure authorization amount.”

I’m using Braintree For WooCommerce by Payment Plugins, with 3DS enabled.

Now at first I was wondering what’s going on, but then I tried to produce same error. It happened when I double or tripple clicked Bump order checkmark while it was updating. On the order total I could see 2x bump item. But when I try to checkout I get above error.

From Braintree support I got this message: “This particular error means that the amount set in the 3D Secure verifyCard request is not equal to the amount passed in the transaction attempt. 3DS authentication amounts must be equal to the transaction amount. In this particular instance, the 3DS authentication amount is specified as 39.00. In the subsequent transaction request, the amount specified is 61.00.”

From what I can understand, 3DS value was exact, but passed transaction amount was higher (bump order item x2).

Is there some way to limit order bump item in the cart total exactly to 1, maybe I’m missing out some option.
