[Plugin: Simple Tags] Order by for tags display

Hi.

There is a little problem. Simple tags section “tag cloud”, “Order by for tags display” by name. I’ve got sorting like this: Article, Tag, WordPress, announcement, widget. But i need tag sorting like this: announcement, Article, Tag, widget, WordPress… So, how to make that plugin does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters?
