Order-By-Last-Activity View

Hi,
Is there a way to create a tab similar to “Recent Posts” but posts are sorted by Last Activity (Post with latest comments first)?
If not, is it possible to modify a function? This is a very useful feature to display posts in Forum-like format. It can be a Pro feature?
