• Hello,

    I have a problem that Orders are shown as cancelled on WooCommerce, but in fact they were completed on Paypal.
    They do not go as a status of completed, but “outstanding” on Paypal. I’ve called them and they told me that it’s a new account and I need to start adding tracking code.

    Anyway, since it’s showing order canceled on WooCommerce, that really causes some problem for us. For reporting and for the client.

    How can I fix this?

    Are you working with Express Checkout? Do you have logging enabled? Need to get a look at the logs as a first step to troubleshoot.

    Yes, is Express Checkout.
    I’ve enabled logs just now.
