order combine not working at all

@qtfish a recorded video, screenshot or error_log would be helpful. Please provide any of these.

I’ve just installed and having the same issue…
Click to combine, and it just goes to a blank screen. no error log

@hillviewhp and @qtfish I am looking into this issue. Actually it seems like order is being generated but going in published status. Any of you confirm this?

Please check the latest version, I have fixed it. In case you still see the black screen or please provide error_log and/or record a video.

yes its going to a folder PUBLISHED insteade of where it was orginally

ok its working but still gets a blank screen when merged, you have to click back from the black screen and refresh the order page in order to see the merged order

I have carefully tested it, I didn’t see the blank screen. Lets wait for other user if he confirms the blank screen. Kindly record a video and also check the error log.

i have always gottent the blank screen after merge, also i have some problems with my theme and i am not into websites so i have tech redoing it, lets see if others have same issue. i can live with refreshing and hitting back button

Error log will must tell something about it. Do you know how to see the error log under WooCommerce?

Its going under published, and having to click back – i’ll try the new version; but as long as i know its a blank screen i can live with that!!!
