Order complete emails

    Hello,

    Is there a way to create a separate Order Complete email for orders that contain only egift cards? Right now my Order Complete emails are tailored to contain language about shipping updates for the rest of my products and this comes across confusing if the only item bought is an egift card since it is sent right away.

    This would require custom programming of the Order Complete template. It shouldn’t be impossible but you would need to hire a developer to make this custom template for you since it’s beyond the scope of the plugin.

    Since it sounds like you have already custom designed your Order Complete email you may need to add some conditional logic to ignore the shipping language for orders that only contain virtual products (the Gift Card is a Virtual product).
