    After I “checkout” with this gateway – I get a new order notification via email and it shows in WooCommerce – but it doesn’t redirect me anywhere from the checkout page. It shows a red error box at the top with no text on it – and I’m still on the checkout page.

    Any ideas?

    After cross testing for you using the latest version of WooCommerce what you describe as occurring on your site is not related to the WooCommerce Invoice Gateway plugin which is successfully redirecting to the Order Received page of WooCommerce after a purchase is made.

    Isolated behaviour can be related to a code conflict originating from another plugin or theme you have activated on a site.
