    After updating to WP 4.4 I have had customers advise me know that they are receiving the Order Completed email repeatedly, weeks after their order was completed. Some customers received this email initially and then are receiving it again and others didn’t receive the initial email at all and are only getting it now. Customers are concerned that their order has been duplicated etc Any help appreciated. Thanks

  • Hi kasaba,

    Try to delete old email templates and after generate them again, from Jigoshop general settings, got to Jigoshop -> Settings -> General and click the “Generate defaults” button.

    Hi Vasili, I spoke too soon. Customers are letting me know they are still receiving my order completed email after I have sent it originally. Some of these are two weeks after the original one was sent.
    I have generated the emails but that hasn’t fixed it.
