Good day we have this germanized plugin on our site
and we tried to put text on Confirmation text but we want to have a break for every paragraph but HTML tag is not working even if we set this on HTML
    https://www.screencast.com/t/hUr9ajrU

We tried <br>, <p>, etc. that breaks the line but still not working any idea how to fix this?

Looking forward for any help thanks

    Hi there,

this text is not made for HTML content. This is a plain-text box which should be used to insert a small plain-text to confirm the order to the customer. This setting is not suitable to customize the email. You should override the email template (there should be a small hint regarding this option at the end of the setting page) to customize the email further.

    Cheers

I think this is the confirmation mail from WooCommerce und it isn′t done for the HTML code.

No this is from Germanized plugin which auto generated by your plugin..
    on woocommerce email

as on my checking today I deactivated the germanized plugin and the order confirmation is gone then I set it back which generate this email by the plugin

all we want is to have a line break on the text

So this is not possible to have a break on the text? is that what you saying?
instead we need to put the full text on the template am I correct?

    cheers.

    Hi @johnregalado007,

jep, that’s right. For HTML support you’ll need to override/adjust the template instead.
