Order Confirmation Email before Payment has gone through

  • Hello, I am receiving an order notification prior to the payment being processed. For example if someone submits the form but doesn’t proceed to paypal I still get a notification.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  • The plugin will only know about completed payments if it receives notification from PayPal. To do this you need a business account and have set up IPN. All the instructions are on the IPN tab in the plugin settings.

    The alternative is to get the Pro version of the plugin and use in-context payments.
