Order confirmation email doesn’t display selected reward

    When a user completes a pledge, the order confirmation email only gives the title of the campaign as the purchase, and does not mention the selected reward

    Please advise

  • Hi,

    We are using WooCommerce’s built in email notification feature. By default WooCommerce only mentions the product name. In our case, that is the campaign name.

    I have added this in our backlog. If we get more similar requests like this. We will definitely add it.

    If you need it right away, you may override WooCommerce email templates and add the reward information.
