    please guide on the setting on how the order confirmation email can be sent to the customer automatically thus confirming that the order has been received and the payment has been received.

    The order confirmation email is not sent by our plugin, but by WooCommerce itself. Our plugin can attach to the emails sent by WooCommerce, you can find those settings under Documents > Invoice > Attach to:.

    WooCommerce will send out emails depending on the order status, for example, when orders are paid, it sends out the “Processing order” email to your customer. You can check if this email is enabled under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.
