Order Confirmation Email not sending automatically

    I have WP Mail SMTP with Brevo plugin for my woocommerce website. In the past, when a customer makes a purchase, an order confirmation email is sent as soon as they pay (even if the order status is “processing order”).

    Now, I noticed the order confirmation email is no longer sending to the customer.

    Below are the troubleshooting actions I’ve done to try to fix but issue still remains:

    • Ensure emails are enabled for processing order in Woocommerce > Settings > Email
    • My domain is authenticated on Brevo

    As a remporary solution, I have to manually send the customer the order confirmation email via woocommerce/wordpress. As my products are digital, it is important that the email is sent automatically, that is, as soon as payment is successful.

    This never used to be an issue before.

    When you get a chance, could you please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from?WP Mail SMTP?>?Tools?
