    I have a personal blog and a business site, both are separate.

    I was wondering whether you can help me identify the issue I am experiencing? Where can I change the “signed by” and “via” from bollyfromtheblog.com to craftologybybolly.com. I have tried everything manually but there seem to be no option.

    This Woocommerce order confirmation came from craftologybybolly.com but for some reason showing the links to my personal blog.

    Hi there,

    The appearance of the email headers is because you’re sending mail as your @gmail.com address, but the email is being sent via your bollyfromtheblog.com site.

    Normally you’d want your “from” email address to match the domain you’re sending it through/from to avoid flags like that, which are aimed at preventing spam.

    The solution is to set up SMTP email for your business domain, configure your site to send email via it, and changing your “From” email address to an address at that domain.

    Hi,

    Thank you for responding to my enquiry.

    I have now changed the “from” email to [email protected] as the email is being sent by craftologybybolly.com and not bollyfromtheblog.com

    It doesn’t show this information on mobile but it shows it on the desktop version of the email so I guess this should be fine.

    I’ll test now after changing the email to an email that matches the domain to see if it works.
