    Hello, I have installed the plugin and everything is running smoothly, the products are synchronized. Unfortunately, I cannot see in the Zettle app that orders have been received via the WooCommerce online-shop. Is this a configuration error from me or is this generally not possible? I would be very grateful for any feedback.

    Thank you for your message.

    Please keep in mind that our plugin is responsible only for syncing products and stock, but not the orders. Unfortunately, syncing orders from WooCommerce to the Zettle app is not something that can be handled with our plugin.

    Since the action/function you are mentioning is not a part of our plugin’s functioning, we will close this thread, as we don’t believe our plugins should perform any order confirmation actvity.
