• Hi, we recently rebuilt our store/website and exported our orders from our old site to our new one because we need our order info as they tell us what our customers want and how to build it. After buying & using the WooCommerce Customer/Order CSV Export, exporting, then checking those orders in the rebuilt site, I noticed that Order Info section was blank. As mentioned, we need this info to make the customer’s order. How can we fix this and get that info exported & imported into the rebuild site?

    If you’ve purchased the WooCommerce Customer/Order CSV Export plugin, please log into WooCommerce.com using the account that purchased the plugin. From there you can open a support ticket with the developers of the plugin as they do not provide support for their plugin on these forums.

    Sorry for the late reply. It was a live chat I started on Woo, originally/unfortunately. We have a license for it, though.
