Order Currency Confusions

Hi,
In my reports, if someone purchases with Japanese Yen, their total cost will be 42,000Yen.
When I go to export my order reports, this value completely skews and distorts the facts. It tells me that in January I had $54,000 in sales! OMG I could only wish!!!

How can we get the currency conversions to display correctly in reports.
How can we get the orders to automatically convert to our currency, New Zealand dollars, rather than display the currency purchased in?
