Order dashboard shows orders as processing

  • can you not change order to delivered in woo orders ? as if its not api connected to a courier server it wont auto change !

    Hi there @modkid,

    As @kammy6000 asked, are you able to change the Order statuses under WooCommerce > Orders?

    By default, after Orders are paid, they will move to Processing status if they contain any products that require shipping/fulfillment of some sort. From there, you can pack up your products and send out your orders, and then switch the orders to Completed status. You can read about order statuses here:

    If your products do not need to be shipped, then you can mark all the products as Virtual and Downloadable (even if no download files are set), then the orders will automatically go to Complete status. There’s info about setting up digital products here:
