Order data are nested in an additional array

Hi,
We are using a third party email marketing platform (Klaviyo) which connects with the WooCommerce pretty easily. However, for some reason, the raw order data that Klaviyo receives is nested like the products are a sub-category, which Klaviyo can’t process. Problem is that the products ARE NOT nested, as can be seen in the below image:

However we do not see how this is happening. Does anyone know what might the issue?
