Order data mismatch between Google Analytics and WooCommerce

We work on this site and use pixelyoursite for eCommerce integration for analytics. But we see there is consistent difference in order data in analytics and woocommerce dashboard( woocommerce has higher numbers). I’ve checked cookie acceptance set up,even if the user don’t accept the cookies it will be tracked so cookies is not the issue for tracking lesser transactions.

I’m talking from last 3-4 month data and at the moment it uses version 8.0.6.
