Order Details Display Error

  • Thanks for a great plugin! This is exactly what I was looking for ??

    But I am having a problme where it displays all the order details squished up into the first column and down into the footer. See a screenshot example here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B055z1MmFr09blpIOE1yT1UzUzg/view?usp=drivesdk

    Maybe it would be a good idea to provide a shortcode, so that when users are designing their thank you page they can put choose where to output that information. It would fix the error I am having above (I think) and also provide an extra cool functionality.

    Either way, would be cool to get this problem fixed! ??

    Hi,
    That issue is actually from the theme you are using. I think it does not support WooCommerce 100%.

    Can you please try with a different theme?

    I am using the very popular Theme X from ThemeForest. And WooCommerce is definitely supported. Unfortunately, I can’t deactivate the theme because my entire site is built around it.

    They use a page builder to custom design pages, which might be causing the problem. That’s why I think inserting the order information via a shortcode would be better than doing it automatically. Because it will fix the problem for any theme that uses a custom page builder. They are becoming very popular now.

    And actually, I see someone else in the forums here has had the same problem with Divi Theme, probably because they also use their own page builder. The automatic insertion of the order details does not work well with that either.

    Inserting via a shortcode would probably fix all these issues, because it would then be output inside whatever framework the page builders are using ??

    I have exactly the same problem and it worked before. Was this resolved?
