• i am stuck with a few orders which do not contain product descriptions:

it seems that the woocommerce data table is defect.
i don’t know how to look for a solution, as it only occurs sporadically.
all orders before and after this error have been saved correctly. Do you have any idea how to identify what this could caused by?

    Best regards
    Sammy.

    Hi @samr17!

You mentioned that this is only a few orders the issue exhibits on, making the issue an intermittent one?

If so, is there a pattern to this? Specific products that are ordered, a specific gateway being used, anything that could help us understand the issue better?

You also mention that you think a data table is malfunctioning. I am curious as to how you got there/ Are you seeing any errors in your site, or in the fatal error log that indicates this?

Could you also please provide us with your status report found under “WooCommerce > Status” page?

    Cheers!

    Hello Rynald0s,

    thank you for your feedback!

it could be the ordered products in both cases are the same but i’m not absolutely sure. otherwise i can’t see any similliar patterns.

even in 1 of two corupted orders the credit card payment belonged to a total different order/person. This issue pointed for me to a defect database table.

Hi @samr17. Sorry that we missed your last response.

If the issue is intermittent and only affecting some errors, it’s likely due to caching. There shouldn’t be a problem with WP Rocket as explained here.

I recommend that you make sure that all your plugins are up to date and that caching is set up correctly, and monitor if the issue occurs again.

If the issue continues to occur, then a key step in troubleshooting is to identify the pattern of when it occurs to try to replicate it.
