Order # displayed behind Header

    After successful Online payment confirmation, the message is displayed behind transparent header.. Not along with Order details where it should .

    Kindly advise.

    Sorry for missing this. This forum has been unmonitored for a while, in favour of our official Support Portal, but we’re going to fix that now!

    I hope you managed to find an answer to your question. My first guess is that the design of the site might be causing a UX issue, but it’s hard to tell without more info. If by chance you’re still facing the same problem, please feel free to reopen this and share some information about it, eg. a screenshot or video showcasing the transparent header post payment confirmation. You can also share the URL for a test or clone site where we might be able to reproduce the issue and see the order number for ourselves.
