Order does not calculate with coupon applied

    Hi,

    I am using WC Vendor 2.1.20 (not pro). I am testing it and noticed after I placed the order, the order amount in the order page does not calculate with coupon when applied. For example, if I sold a product for $2, a $1 Woocommerce coupon applied.

    The order in Woocommerce/Order, Woocommerce calculated correctly, (($2 – $1) – Stripe fee): $0.67.

    The order in WC Vendor/Commission, $1.5.

    What is the problem there? How can I fix it?

    Hello Barry,

    Please note that in the current version we do not support admin only coupons. Which means any coupons created by the admins and set to before will still take a portion of the coupon amount from the vendor’s commission. It is currently not possible to apply a coupon only to a marketplace’s share of a commission split.

    Ok so you confirmed that this is a known issue.

    What about the pro version? Can you confirm that this works for pro version? Does pro version has a coupon system just like woocommerce/coupon?
