“Order does not exist”

    I’m setting up my first funnel and I’ve gotten to the down sell portion. When testing the page, it keeps giving me the message “Order does not exist” although I have already selected a product to be associated with the page. All the pages in the funnel are complete I can’t seem to get this to act the way it should act.

    What could I be missing?

    Hi, when testing Upsell pages, you first need to go to checkout, process an order, and then when the upsell will appear, it will work. You see, an upsell is a post-purchase offer and it requires to go through checkout first.

    However, if you still face further issues, do reach us in support directly as you are a Pro user.
