Order E-mail depending if it’s a local pickup or shipped

    Hi,

    I’m trying to figure it out how to make the woo emails compatible if an order is shipped and mails should be:
    -processing – we will inform you when the products are shipped
    -completed – the products were shipped

    Or when an order is being picked up:
    -processing – we will inform you when you can pick up your products
    -completed – you can pick up your products

    Otherwise I’m using WooCommerce Pretty Emails.

    Hi there,

    I understand you’d like to have different Processing order and Completed order emails conditionally depending on the chosen delivery method.

    This can be achieved with some custom coding or with a plugin such as Follow Up Emails: https://woocommerce.com/products/follow-up-emails/

    The default Processing order and Completed order emails will have to be disabled in WooCommerce >> Settings >> Emails and four new storewide emails will have to be created:

    I’m not aware if Follow Ups plugin is compatible with WooCommerce Pretty Emails though.
