Order e-mail not sent because of email with special character (?)?

    Hi! In Woocommerce > Setting > E-mail, I inserted my email which contains a special character (?).

    The email address doesn’t show here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuX4JDv

    In fact I don’t even receive the order confirmation mail. Do you think it’s because of the special font? How can I solve it?

    Hi @jungleart –

    It’s certainly possible there’s an issue with the special character. Do you have a more standardized email address that you can test with?

    I would also recommend you install the (free) WP Mail Logging plugin. This plugin will log all outgoing mails so you can see what is actually being sent.
