    Hello support,

    i have been facing an issue regarding receiving emails from woocommerce regarding the order process, i have linked the email settings to my two gmail accounts, i have not received any email but today i tried to disable and enable the notification setting in the woocoomerce emails, and i tried to resend the emails which worked for two times but when i try again to resend it does not work.

    i would really appreciate your help

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with your order emails not being received, is this correct?

    Since you have mentioned using Gmail, can you please check that these emails have not landed up in the Spam folder.

    Using your?@gmail.com,?@yahoo.com or similar public domain email address will likely cause emails to land in spam folders due to mismatch between the declared sender (servers of Gmail or Yahoo) and the actual sender (your server).

    I would also encourage you to check our?Email FAQ?which is a great resource to narrow down what could be causing this behavior.

    Also, I would recommend logging whether an email is created and sent by installing the?WP Mail Logging?plugin and following the below steps:

    • Generate a test order
    • Go to your WP Admin > Tools > WP Mail Log
    • Check that your test order generated an email, and if there are any sending errors reported (you can share the results with us here).

    Additionally, please can you share the following in order for us to have a better understanding of your sites current environment:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Once you have these, please share them in your response here.
