    Hi,

I have a project that use:
    – Transfer bank for the payment
    – Flat Rate for the shipping

Currently after do some order via website, it will send to customer and order email that have Bank Account information.

Is there any way, to hide this Bank Account information first and then the Bank Account information can appear after admin update the order via backend to input the value for the shipping. So the Flat Rate will replace with the shipping cost and then need system to send back the order email with total details (include shipping cost) and the bank account where customer need to transfer the for the order

This is just to prevent the customer transfer for the order from the first email because the shipping cost still not determine at there

    Please advice

    Thank you

  • I’m not sure I understanding the issue… is there a reason why you can’t include the shipping cost during checkout (the way it works by default)?

    Hi,

If you are charging a flat rate for shipping then you can provide the cost of shipping in the initial email.

Alternatively, it sounds like you are wanting the first email to be more of an estimate or quote. If this is the case you should explore using a quote plugin for WooCommerce.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
