This forum is for Dokan Lite so we will not be able to help queries related to Dokan Pro.

However, the mentioned plugin is not one of our officially integrated plugin so we will not be able to help much. We can only share our file locations and available hooks if you need something specific.

We just received online link, and not related for dokan.

I am sorry to write it here, but the support on dokan pro is not recommended at all, and really i am planing to request a refund, and move to another multi vendor plugin.

Sending Custom email with Trigger is one of the MINIMUM requirement that you should provide

I checked your email on the support channel. I do not see any associated orders along with the email. Please contact our support channel with the email ID which has the order associated with it.

If you are trying to understand how Dokan trigger emails, then please note that Dokan uses WooCommerce’s email API to include its email. That means all of the emails Dokan added are made by extending WC_Email class.

Please check this file to understand how Dokan extended and used WooCommerce’s triggers to send email to vendors – \dokan-lite\includes\Emails\VendorNewOrder.php
