    Hello!

    I am using jigoshop 1.11.1 along with the HTML Emails for JigoShop plugin. I also have Mandrill installed as my SMTP relay to send emails.

    Folks are not receiving their order confirmation emails. The admin receives the “New Customer Order” email, but not the actual customer. I have done two test orders myself, and have not received any email. I can also see in Mandrill that the email was never sent.

    I have tried turning off the HTML Emails plugin to no avail.

    Can you please help? All our products are digital downloads, which means nobody is getting the stuff they pay for!

    Hello Olaf,

    Thanks for the response! I just updated those three, and placed an order, but the email is still not being sent to the customer. I checked Mandrill and it still only sent an order notification to the admin, not the customer.

    Anything else I can try?

    Hello,

    Could you switch to your standard theme and check if it works afterwords? If not, please switch off all of your plugins except Jigoshop and test the order notification again.

    Hi Olaf,
    I tried both of those things to no avail.
    Any reason why the admin notification works but not the customer confirmation email?
    It used to work fine, just recently we have been getting complaints.

    Okay thanks, just sent in the info.

    was this one ever resolved as i have the same issue…

    emails going to admin but not customer, looks like its because no order details are being recorded..

    Hi ekipsy,

    We did get it resolved, Jigoshop customer support was super helpful! ([email protected]) Your issue may be different than mine, what was causing the issue was outdated versions of jigoshop, wordpress, and checkout fields manager. Once those were all updated everything worked as it should.

    Thanks for the reply strangefortune! After 1 years use, did you have to pay to get latest version of checkout fields manager from 61Extensions? Only just noticed that the support & updates is for only 1 year from date of purchase ??

    Hi there i have the same problem no email admin and customers … i try to disable all plugins but nothing i make a mailtest.php and working ….

    I sent [email protected] proof of purchase for my copy of checkout fields manager plugin and they added the updated plugin to my account for free. Give it a try!

    also could try use easy WP SMTP plugin – allows you to configure and send all outgoing emails via a SMTP server. and this also helped me.

    but i imagine the jigoshop guys will pick up your issue here & contact you, they have been very responsive in helping me!

    thanks for your answer but i don’t need the checkout field manager … i want that the jigoshop ecommerce plugin send standard email to admin and to my customers!

    Please download and configure this plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ – the e-mails should work fine afterwards!
