    Hi Jonathan,

    The Product Enquiry plugin and the PRO plugin enable enquiry emails to be sent to the store owner.

    Could you explain this idea you mentioned in detail?

    Hi, I mean, the logical sequence would be:
    1. product enquiry
    2. place product order – wooCommerce – the enquiry discussion would ideally be associated with the order for reference
    3. continued dialog about product customization or order status should continue, now referring to the order rather than the product
