    Could not retrieve order. OrderEndpoint.php:459 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

    Hi @crystalpayton,

    This error mostly occurs when the buyer uses an unsupported or outdated browser, like IE11 or older Safari versions.
    The next plugin update improves the compatibility with older browsers, but the best recommendation for users that see this error is to try it with a more modern browser like Chrome or Firefox.
