    Hello,
    when an order fails the payment procedure, for example because the card code is wrong, this is recorded as a failed order, and when the correct code is re-entered (always remaining inside the checkout) a new order is generated. Is this the correct behavior of stripe?
    Is it possible to update the status of the failed order without generating a new one?

    Hey there @vinzclortho,

    That’s not the expected behavior, no. The order should be updated when the payment is successful.

    I’m not currently able to reproduce the problem using Stripe version 4.6.0. Can you make sure you’re on the latest version and then test again?

    If you’re still seeing the problem after updating, please deactivate all other plugins besides WooCommerce + Stripe to see if the problem persists. We have a guide on conflict testing here.
