    Hi, I have few failed orders but with a complete payment on stripe.

    The error on order note is:

    Error processing payment. Reason: The provided PaymentMethod was previously used with a PaymentIntent without Customer attachment, shared with a connected account without Customer attachment, or was detached from a Customer. It may not be used again. To use a PaymentMethod multiple times, you must attach it to a Customer first

    what does it mean? Any help?

    Hi

    Does the failed order have previous notes indicating a status change from pending to processing or pending to completed?

    Are you capturing payments or authorizing them?

    That error would indicate you have some functionality on your site that’s causing the checkout process to be called multiple times.

    This also happens to us as well on some payments. Please check as it seems its not an isolated issue.
