    Hi. We recently downloaded this plugin and started using it on our ecommerce website. Today we got a notification that a customer’s payment failed. According to Woocommerce she had entered the incorrect CVC code, she corrected it and the order went through on our website. The problem is that Stripe did not capture the payment and it still shows as failed on our Stripe dashboard. Is there a setting I need to fix?

    Hi @thetwocrazycatladies,

    Thanks for contacting us. You mentioned that after the customer corrected the CVC code, the order went through.

    If you navigate to the Admin Order page for that order, what is the payment ID that you see? That’s the value that you should look up in the Stripe Dashboard. I suspect you are looking at an older payment ID that may not reference that successful order.

    Please provide your account ID and the order ID and I will look up the logs and see what I find. You can find your account ID on the Stripe API Settings page.
