Order failed even after successful payment in Payu plugin

I understand that you are experiencing issues with orders failing after payment is successfully processed when using the PayU payment gateway, correct?

customer are able to purchase product but its showing order failed just after the payment being done

Admin is receiving two emails, one is from payment gateway saying Payment received successfully another email is from Woocommerce saying order failed.

To better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of the two items above so that we could address you more effectively?

Furthermore, please also provide us a screenshot of the Order Details including the Order Notes for this failed order too.

For us to investigate your issue further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Thank you for sharing the requested information above.

I can see that the payment was successful in the PayU plugin, however, the order is being failed when it comes to WooCommerce.

Can you please access this link to contact PayU for support?

Meanwhile, as per the error logs, these are all pointing to the third-party plugin The Bluehost Plugin.

Since this is a third-party plugin that we don’t provide support for based on our Support Policy, I recommend that you reach out to the developers of the plugin for further assistance. They will be better equipped to help you resolve any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.
