    Hello,

    By using woocommerce and your plugin,
    How can I create order form that including product name, quantity, unit price and message and submit order. login is requested. This order form will be placed on a sidebar.

    Please advise. Thanks in advance!

    The MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin does not have the capability to create a customizable order form to place on your site. This plugin is only designed to sync customers who have made a purchase to a list in MailChimp and provide e-commerce features to your MailChimp account.

    We wouldn’t be able to offer any options here in the MailChimp for WooCommerce forums, but you’re welcome to search for a different plugin that offers this functionality.
