Order Form in Products page

Hi guys,
I noticed a lot of customers leave my shopping website because of long process of ordering even its a cash on delivery and no payment needed beforehand.Is there any free way to put order forms in products page because I found plugins that need 72$ and i can’t afford that yet.
Any help?
