Order freezing on checkout

    Hi, I’ve installed this plugin with the Display an Opt-In Field on Checkout option ticked. I’ve tried submitting test orders and if the field is ticked (which it is by default) then the order freezes, the user isn’t taken to a confirmation page and confirmation emails are not sent, however the order does appear in Woocommerce and in the user account. I’ve tried submitting with the tickbox unticked and it works as it should. Could you please advise as we’d really like those ordering adding to our list via this method. Many thanks

    Just to add, users are being added to the mailchimp list, it’s the freezing of the checkout process/lack of confirmation emails which is the main issue. Many thanks.

    I haven’t seen this issue before. If it’s adding the user to MailChimp, then it should return and take the user to the order confirmation page. Are you still experiencing this issue?

    Hi anderly, thanks for getting back to me. I’ve updated my server settings and that seems to have fixed the issue. Looks to be working fine now. Thank you anyway
