    I am attempting to pinpoint a problem that I am having where after an order is placed, it immediately goes to “Shipped” status. This has been happening over the course of several months now and I’m not sure why.

    Initially the process was…
    1. Order was placed
    2. Order went to processing status
    3. Tracking number was manually added
    4. Order went to ship status

    That is no longer the case.

    Hi @iamthecreator,
    We checked this scenario and we couldn’t replicate this issue in our development store. Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except AST and WooCommerce and check again. If this solves the issue activate plugins one by one and check which plugin causes the conflict.
