• I am attempting to pinpoint a problem that I am having where after an order is placed, it immediately goes to “Shipped” status. This has been happening over the course of several months now and I’m not sure why.

    Initially the process was…
    1. Order was placed
    2. Order went to processing status
    3. Tracking number was manually added
    4. Order went to ship status

    Also, the information that appears on the receipt generated by Clover has recently changed. The client’s shipping address use to appear on the address. That’s no longer the case.

    Please help!
