    Hello, I need some help. I have exported a csv file from order and change some billing names and last names. When I tested importing 10 data, 7 of the orders are imported as new and 3 are updated (not in order). I only changed 1 name out of that 10 sample order. I noticed that the updated order have the status of ‘complete’, and the newly imported order (they should be updated) have status of processing-payed. Hope this will help in finding the problem. Thank you for help.

    Hi @reinu135,

    If you are having the older version of the Order import export plugin installed on your site then please try updating the plugin to the latest version(1.4.7).

    If the issue still persists please reach us via support.

    Hello. Yes the version is already 1.4.7

    It still does not work. Some of the orders still get imported as new even though I did not edit any order id from export and the order ids are present when I checked.

    I found the problem. I have a wc-proccssing-payed status in my woocommerce, which your query does not recognize. I have to add the custom status in your order exist function. Sorry to bother and thank you.
