order info contains payment info

  • Hi guys,

    When I am at the order info, the plugin also shows my payment info…
    When I go one step further I see the payment info again but without a ‘buying botton’.
    Maybe you know the issue of this problem (maybe a wrong woocommerce default setting?)

    It seems that there is a problem with the Plug-in: “WooCommerce Germanized” that cause this problem. So its not an issue of YITH.

    Hi Moritz,

    in my case it was this plugin customzing the checkout page. I deactivated the functions and it worked fine for me. I saw on your page for example the class “wc-gzd-product-name-left” so it seems the plugin “WooCommerce Germanized” is still activated. Maybe you can try on your dev environment to deactivate in a frist step, to know where the problem comes from.

    I’m sorry for this but our plugin don’t support Germanized plugin.
    We can try to add the support for this but need a lot of changes and we think to release a new version of multi step checkout that allow the user to use it with germanized plugin.

    I’m sorry for this issue but for now we haven’t a valid solution or alternative for this.
