    I installed your plugin then created two test orders (001 and 002). I verified these were created as I see them in the database on the WP admin page.

    I created a tracking page using the [tracking-form] shortcode. When I input either of my test orders and click Track, I am directed to a page that says *Order Information* but does not show the status of the order; its just blank.

    When I try tracking an order that does not exist, such as 003, I receive an error (which I expect) that the order does not exist.

  • The plugin is installed and configured as directed by the developer. In the meantime, I have ordered orders through woocommerce and when tracking the order the message obtained is that “There are no requests for this tracking number: 2228 and e-mail: [email protected].

    Can anyone help?

    Hi @onetwobus, what do you have selected in Options > Basic > Order Information Displayed? If you have nothing selected, could you please select some of these fields, click save and then try again to see what Order information is displayed? Did it make a difference? I tested order 001 on your site, and did see some information about it. Have you resolved this issue?
