Order is not yet complete

Hello,
After checkout, the customer receives an email with the confirmation order, but with this text :
“Your payment for this order is not yet complete. Here is the latest status: 19 November 2018 – 9 h 14 min: Payé” (“payé” was “paid” in english).
If its paid, why isnt it complete ?Best regards.
