Order marked pending after payment is completed. No invoices sent.

Hi there
I have had this issue for a number of weeks. A visitor goes to the website [ redundant link removed ] and places an order. Performs the checkout process and the payment goes through with payfast. The website is not sending invoices or notification to the visitor or notification to my client. Order is marked as pending in the backend.
Please can you assist.
