Order Meta Data are not getting stored in Klaviyo

  • Location code and delivery data are order meta.

    I’m trying to set up transactional e-mails in Klaviyo, as I’m getting lots of questions about the delivery date.

    The e-mails are now sent from WooCommerce and have the location code and delivery date previewed. So I’m assuming the metrics work, but I’m not sure how to get them to link to Klaviyo.

    Can you please guide us on why Klaviyo is not collecting those details?
